Your week, planned

Pick the days you train and Sarvita lays your weekly goals out on them: Zone 2, strength, VO2 Max and stability. Sessions tick themselves off from your Apple Health workouts, and a late one still counts. Free for everyone.

  • In your calendar, if you want it, with one reminder on training days.
  • Missed one? If your week still needs it, one tap moves it to today.
  • Water and caffeine, counted from the drinks you log, and how much caffeine is still in you at bedtime.
The scoreboard

Two numbers. One question.

Am I getting younger? Your biological age answers that over months. Age Pace answers it tonight.

Biological age

The odometer

Your VO2 Max, HRV and body composition, read as an age. It moves slowly — which is exactly what makes it honest.

Age Pace

The speedometer

How fast today aged you, weighed across 19 factors. 1.00 is a neutral day; under it, you banked time — and you get it while you can still change it.

Show the math

19 factors. None of them hidden.

Age Pace is not a wellness vibe score. Every factor starts as a published hazard ratio and is converted into age-equivalent years — 33 years of them — through the same Gompertz maths epidemiologists use, which is what lets sleep, steps and body composition be added together at all.

7 factors

What you've built

VO2 Max, HRV, resting heart rate, body composition, walking pace, sleep regularity, smoking.

Traits and 90-day medians. They can't move today — and that's the point of tracking them.

10 factors

What you did today

Steps, Zone 2, strength, sleep duration, diet quality, protein, energy balance, eating window, late eating, daylight.

Today's behaviour — the half of the number you can still change before bed.

2 factors

How you're responding

Acute strain and overreaching — training hard while your body is already suppressed.

Measured against your own recent baseline, not a population's.

And it tells you where it's unsure

Tap Show the math and the app prints the whole calculation: every factor's raw input, its weight, the years it moved, and what it couldn't measure today. Each factor is graded for how solid its evidence is. Days it couldn't score show as gaps rather than guesses. And where our own calibration disagrees with a published estimate, the app prints the disagreement instead of quietly splitting the difference.

These are population-level associations rendered as a personal model — not a measurement of your cells, and not a medical test.

Frequently asked questions

What is biological age and how does Sarvita calculate it?

Biological age reflects how old your body really is based on fitness and health markers. Sarvita calculates it from three components: VO2 Max Age (the strongest predictor of longevity), HRV Age (nervous system resilience), and Body Composition Age, using age-percentile reference tables from population studies.

Can you actually reverse your biological age?

Yes. VO2 Max, heart rate variability, and body composition are all trainable metrics. Research shows that consistent exercise — particularly Zone 2 cardio, strength training, and VO2 Max intervals — can measurably improve these markers, effectively lowering your biological age over time.

What are the four pillars of longevity training?

Zone 2 Cardio (aerobic base and fat metabolism), Strength Training (muscle and bone density), VO2 Max Training (the strongest mortality predictor per JAMA 2018), and Stability Work (fall prevention and mobility). Sar builds personalized weekly plans across all four pillars, adapting to your current fitness level. As you get stronger, your plans evolve — adding volume, intensity, or new focus areas so you're always progressing, not plateauing.

Can Sarvita plan my training week?

Yes. Pick the days and the time you train, and Sarvita lays your weekly goals out on them: Zone 2 cardio, strength, VO2 Max and stability. Each session ticks itself off when a matching workout lands in Apple Health, and one done a day late still counts. Move or skip a session for one week, or change it for every week. If you like, the plan goes into a Sarvita calendar that updates when a session moves or is done, with one reminder on training days. The weekly schedule is free for everyone.

Is my health data private with Sarvita?

Yes. Health data from Apple Health stays on your device and is never uploaded to any server. AI coaching queries are processed and immediately discarded. All app data syncs through your personal iCloud account. Your data is never used to train AI models.

How does AI meal tracking work?

Snap a photo, or just describe what you ate. No barcode to scan, no database to search. Sarvita logs the calories and macros in seconds — then rates the plate: a badge with the reasons behind it, and a label on every food showing how processed it is. Fibre, total sugar, saturated fat, caffeine and the water in your drinks go to Apple Health alongside your macros. Got something wrong? Tell it — "that was 3 eggs, not 2" — and it re-analyses in place.

What is Age Pace?

Biological age is the odometer. Age Pace is the speedometer — how fast today is aging you. 1.00 is a neutral day; below it, you're banking time. It weighs 19 factors in three groups: what you've built (VO2 Max, HRV, resting heart rate, body composition, walking pace, sleep regularity, smoking), what you did today (steps, Zone 2, strength, sleep duration, diet quality, protein, energy balance, eating window, late eating, daylight), and how you're responding (acute strain and overreaching, against your own baseline rather than a population's). Each starts as a published hazard ratio converted into age-equivalent years through Gompertz mortality maths — 33 years of budget in total — which is what lets sleep, steps and body composition be added together at all. Tap Show the math and the app prints every factor's raw input, weight and year contribution, what it couldn't measure today, and how solid the evidence behind each factor is. Population-level associations rendered as a personal model: research-backed, not a measurement of your cells and not a diagnosis.

How does Sarvita rate meals?

Every meal gets a badge — Good, Mixed, Watch out, Neutral or Not your diet? — with the reasons behind it, and every food shows how processed it is, from whole food to ultra-processed. A meal never gets a number. Your day does: a diet-quality score out of ten, built on Harvard's AHEI-2010 index and measured against a typical adult rather than a school grade — a typical adult scores about 3.7, so a 5.4 already lands in the top 20% of days. It has nine components — vegetables, fruit, whole grains, nuts and legumes, sugary drinks, red and processed meat, omega-3, healthy fats and sodium — each scored 0 to 10, so a weak one is the feedback rather than a mystery. That day score is what Age Pace reads for the food half of your day. And because it describes the shape of a whole day's eating, it's never a verdict on one plate. Disagree with a rating? Correct it with a tap. In 23 languages.

How is Sarvita different from other apps?

Most health apps focus on one thing — calorie counting, step tracking, or data collection. Sarvita is built as a complete longevity tool: it combines AI coaching across training, nutrition, and recovery — all tied to one metric, your biological age. Instead of just collecting data, Sarvita tells you what to do with it. See how we compare →
